Right of Withdrawal

When you buy a plan, the contract of sale is concluded with Polar Software, Inc., 3500 South DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19901, USA ("Polar"), which sells it to you as our reseller and merchant of record and takes your payment. The Service itself is provided by Youri Hoffmann, c/o Block Services, Stuttgarter Str. 106, 70736 Fellbach, Germany ("we").

The right of withdrawal below applies to that purchase. You may send your withdrawal to Polar or to us; either is sufficient, and we make sure it is carried out and the payment is reimbursed.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at Withdraw from contract here. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (for example by email) without undue delay, including the content of your withdrawal and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received from you shall be reimbursed to you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we or Polar are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

The reimbursement is made by Polar using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the supply of services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

The Service is a digital service. For services, the right of withdrawal ends before the 14 days are up only once the service has been provided in full, and only if, before we began, you expressly agreed that we start during the withdrawal period and confirmed that you know you lose the right once the contract has been completely performed (§ 356(5) BGB).

A plan is provided continuously for the whole of its term, so it is never provided in full within 14 days. In practice, therefore, your right of withdrawal lasts the full 14 days. What changes if you asked us to start straight away is only the amount reimbursed:

• if you expressly requested that the Service begin during the withdrawal period, the reimbursement is reduced by the proportionate value of the days already provided, as described above;
• if you did not, or if you were not informed of that consequence before you bought, you are reimbursed in full.

We will never treat simply using the Service as that request. If we ask for it, we ask for it explicitly, before you pay.
